Pastor

Trinity International Church (TIC) is actively seeking a Pastor to lead our existing English-speaking congregation and expanding ministry in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. As one of the fastest-growing cities globally, Santa Cruz is undergoing rapid social change, with a flourishing middle class and a diverse international community, resulting in a heightened demand for English language services and engagement. Positioned at the crossroads of faith and culture, TIC offers an exceptional opportunity for impactful ministry. Our church is committed to serving the community, currently supporting initiatives for underprivileged street youth, the homeless, and vulnerable children. We play a significant role in providing support to international volunteers engaged in these ministries who seek a welcoming English-speaking church community. TIC runs a free conversational English language program for English as second language (ESL) speakers. Moreover, during our church services, a simultaneous Spanish translation service is available, contributing to the growth of our ESL membership. We are seeking an individual or couple who can cultivate spiritual growth through dynamic preaching and Bible teaching in English, along with a Gospel-centered focus on mission within the community. Our ideal candidate will collaborate with church leadership to actively engage with and clarify our Vision and Mission. While the position does not offer a full-time salary, we provide a monthly stipend to assist with housing costs, living expenses, and English-language, Christian education at an accredited school. The incoming Pastor will have the responsibility of independently raising the majority of their living expenses.
